Yes. Every core task — creating quotes and invoices, recording payments, snapping site photos — works fully offline. The moment your phone reconnects, MORTAR syncs everything safely in the background. You'll always see whether an item is saved (✓) or waiting to sync (⟳).
e-Invoice (MyInvois) support is on our roadmap and will arrive in a Pro update. During the current phase, MORTAR produces standard invoices; we'll never claim a live LHDN submission until the integration is officially live.
No. Attendance and wage figures are estimates to help you cost a job — they are not statutory payroll. MORTAR does not calculate or submit EPF/SOCSO. Use a licensed payroll provider for statutory obligations.
It's a document box with expiry reminders — a place to store your green card, permits and certs so nothing lapses. It does not connect to any official CIDB API and does not verify or certify your status.

Yes — and they don't even need an email. Open the Crew tab, tap Add person (or Add several for a whole team), enter their name and phone and pick a role (admin, supervisor or staff). MORTAR creates a password; share the company code, phone and password over WhatsApp. They tap "Staff" on the login screen and they're in. Everyone you add also shows up for attendance, and supervisors and staff never see your costs or margins — only owners and admins do.
